What Causes Abdominal Burning And Sweating Upon Intake Of Magnesium Citrate?

I am a gastric by pass patient 11 year out and having my first colonoscopy and took magnesium citrate to prep for the procedure. Immediately after drinking the citrate, I broke into sweats, my stomach burns and felt like I was going to pass out. Pain in my stomach, is this normal.....have to take another bottle of this stuff in 4 hours, afraid.....

may be sensitive to magnesium citrate. if antacid is advised then can take aludrox. along with omiprazol tablet twice daily take bland diet and avoid fast food. refrain from taking alcohol and tobacco. avoid hot tea and coffee.consult gastroenterologist and can gofor endoscopy on his advice.
