What Causes Abdominal Cramping After Having Intercourse During Ovulation?
Hi my nake is ikram I am 39 years oldi have no kids and I am trying to have. Baby my concern is that during my cycle and specially after the evolution period such as day 18 19 and more I have pain after intercourse with my husband . I feel the same as the cramps I have during my period , and this pain stays like 15 to 30 minutes after the orgasm I am soo worried I don t know what to do thanks you for responding me kindly
I understand your concern. First thing ovulation occurs during 14-15 days of your menstrual cycle. Some females may feel pain and also just before menstruation. This is known as Pre-ovulatory and pre-menstrual pain respectively. Coming to you, you feel pain after intercourse. Probably this due is due to inadequate lubrication or rough intercourse. My advice is spent some time in foreplay before intercourse, this will lubricate the vaginal wall. Secondly after intercourse keep you both legs folded from knee and hip and close to you chest. This will help in settling the semen in your genital tract. You may take Tab. Paracetamol as when you feel pain. If these are not useful you should visit infertility clinic.
