What Causes Abdominal Cramping After Having Unprotected Sex?

Yesterday (5/27/15), I had unprotected sex, it was also my first time, he did not tell me that he did not have a condom on, and I am unsure if there was pre-ejactualte at all before he inserted, when I felt he didn t have a condom on I pushed him off of me so he didn t insert for very long. Today, I m having bad cramps, my period is suppose to be in a week, and I ovulated about Saturday. Am I possibly pregnant?

Less chances of pregnancy, if he didn't actually ejaculated inside ,completely.

But to be on the safe side (if you miss the periods) go for hCG urine test from a laboratory. It will help you keep calm.

But usually in circumstances you told in history, there are less chances of getting pregnant. It may be the premenstrual pains and cramps that you are feeling. I prefer to recommend you not to take Ibuprofen or NSAIDs for pain, as it will delay the periods and you will wrongly take it as pregnancy.
