What Causes Abdominal Cramping Along With Jelly Like Substance In Stool?
I ve been having abdominal pain for about a week and a half now. It s horrible like cramping pains, all day. When I go to use the bathroom for poop, there s jelly like substance when I clean myself and in the toilet. At first it was yellow and just now I cleaned myself and it was blood.

Based on your symptoms I think you could be having amoebic or bacillary dysentery. I advise you to get stool examination done. You need to take a course of antibiotics for the above.
