What Causes Abdominal Cramping And Diarrhea?

Hi this may sound really gross but I have had really bad cramps in my stomach and it s worst then period cramps. Lately I been having diarrhea but it went away but I m still experiencing pain to the point where it hurts to even have the seat belt around my stomach. Any ideas what this could be ? Thanks

it appears tobe gastroenteritis and h pylori infection of duodenum and pylorus. take bland diet tab omiprazol tab uni enzyme. maintain hydration. avoid alcohol and smoking. avoid hot tea and coffee. for h pylori can take cap augmantin. with this treatment you should improve or have to consult gastroenterologist.
