What Causes Abdominal Cramping And Lower Back Pain After Having Protected Sex?
I used a condom but I can t remeber if it was changed during a threesome & plus I had oral sex too. My stomach is cramping & my lower back really hurts(had a steroid put in after my second child but hasn t bothered me this bad since) I m so scared to go to the clinic here to seek answers. I ve also been feeling tired also but it could be from not sleeping all weekend. This happened 5 days ago & has been bothering me since yesterday

Abdominal cramps are normal after protected sex when you have orgasms. Orgasms cause muscle contractions and may cause cramps, sometimes it is due to acid reflux or UTI. Take antacids or PPI's for relieve. You can take spamol, one sos when required to feel better.
However, since you had a threesome, you are suggested to get Urinalysis (R/E & C/S) done to detect UTI. Since you are sexually active with multiple partners, you should get STD test done to stay on the safer side. Always go for protected sex & avoid multiple partners to prevent STD. Your treatment will depend on the clinical condition and reports of the investigations.
