What Causes Abdominal Cramping Upon Exertion And Back Aches Post Intercourse?

My husband and I had sex the very next day after my period ended. We usually use condoms, but this time he pulled out when he was about to ejaculate. He wasn t sure he pulled out fast enough and the next day I started feeling very nauseous, my breasts hurt, I have had cramping on exertion, and back aches. What does this mean?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The symptoms may be due to the fact that your period recently ended.

They would not be due to pregnancy because these symptoms usually start weeks after conception has occurred but if you are concerned a test can be done in 11 to 14 days.

You can monitor to see if they continue or resolve.

I hope this helps
