What Causes Abdominal Cramps After Holding Urine For Long Time?
Hi! I held my pee for quite a long time last night & after I went to the bathroom, I had serious abdominal cramping. The pain has now lasted 24 hours & it s now hard to eat or drink anything. I m not peeing much since I m not drinking much water. The pain is so severe, it s hard to move or even sit. I don t have symptoms of a uti. What should I do?
