What Causes Abdominal Cramps After Intercourse?

I had sex a week ago right after I felt severe cramps in my stomach and a couple days later my rectum started to ache. Ever time I cough, sneeze ,walk laugh it hurts also I noticed my stools were thin...please help my mother died three years ago from colon cancer I m scared !

Hi,

The abdomen cramps or pain after sex is most likely due to mild urinary infection. This has nothing to do with colon cancer. So stop getting anxious for that.

Get urine analysis done and this will rule out infection. If needed antibiotic course should be taken. Drink plenty of water and avoid straining during defecation.
