What Causes Abdominal Cramps After Taking Postinor 2?

Hi, I had unprotected sex the day I was ovulating, took postinor 2 about an hour after and the second pill 12 hours later as instructed, I ve bn feeling little cramps in my abdomen and vaginal canal as though I m going to menstruate soon... my period is in 5 days. Should I expect it as regular?

Hi, I think you might be getting the periods in few days. The cramps can be premenstrual cramps. Periods can come early after taking emergency pill. So, it is a common thing. Don't worry about it. If periods get delayed, do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, you will get your periods in few days. Hope it helps.
