What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Dark Colored Urine?
Stomach pain. the abdominal muscle will cramp up on the right side and feels like the intestines are doing the same. I will get short periods where I can tell my body temp is going up. At night I will lay on my back with my feet up and the pain goes away. Also my joints will be sore at times also. Urine is dark, drinking plenty of water. Feels like I m constanpated also, have not gone in two days. Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, what ever the symptoms of abdomen pain are there may be due to some nonspecific reasons it may be colicky pain, and it may be highly related with age and gender and it is not given here, such abdomen pain can be managed or treated with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen and may requires investigation like x-ray and sonography hope this information helps.
