What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Frequent Urination Post Menstruation?
Question: have been on birth control for over a year. finished my period a week and 4 days ago. on monday i spotted. and since then been having period like cramps in tummy and back but nothing else....tired and frequent urination. what could this mean?

It seems that you might be having urinary tract infection producing stomach cramps, tired and frequency of urination.
Go for routine and microscopic urine check up for having infection.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Take antispasmodic medicine like Meftal spas for cramps.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
