What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Lower Backache?

Can you have food poisoning and not vomit? I had only the colon cramps very bad. Not much dihrea, or constipation. I took antibiotic. I still have weakness in my upper thighs, aches in my lower back, and low stomach pressures with aches. I will be doing a ultra sound of my stomach tomorrow, and a colon oscopy in April. Thanks.
