What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Nausea And Hot Flashes?

Hi, I have been trying to conceive and I was put on letrozole 10mg to help trigger ovulation. But I did have regular sex with my husband. For the past 3weeks I was having abdominal cramps, nauseas, hot flashes and was throwing up. Suddenly on last Thursday I started bleeding like regular periods and I don t experience any signs of pregnancy anymore. What could that be? Very confused. Is there any chance that I could be pregnant? Thanks

Hi, I think there is little chance of pregnancy if you have got your periods normally. I think you should track your follicles growth by repeated ultrasound and when your follicles is more than 17 to 18 mm, take injection for rupturing the follicles. Be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. Take progesterone for next 2 weeks. Do a urine pregnancy test at home after that. You can try like that for 3 to 6 cycles.
