What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness And Chills?

First, I never get cramps for the most part I just ignore my period. Second, today I had excruciating cramps every three minutes along with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, shaking and cold. Drank maybe a cup of water and 1 Aleve and after about two hours I fell asleep and woke up like nothing happened. Any idea what it might have been? Definitely not pregnant, 23, no meds, 35-45 day cycle, average 38 days

Hi,

This was probably some bad food that might have caused colic and all these symptoms. Most probably some food poisoning. It is not related to pregnancy. It's great that you feel better now.

Hope I have answered your question. I will be glad to answer any further question about this.
