Plan B is an emergency contraceptive pill that is very effective when taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex. Your symptoms may not be caused by pregnancy. However, this drug has among its side effects abdominal pain/stomach cramps. Your symptoms may be due to side effects of plan B. If symptoms persist, you take an anti-spasmodic pain drug like Spasfon and observe. If it does not help, you see the doctor for examination.
