What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Delayed Menstruation?
Hello I am 32 had a tubal ligation at 30.my periods have been regular until this month. My last cycle was Aug 20 and I took a pregnancy test which was negative. I have cramps as though my cycle is coming on mainly on my left side.what could be the cause of this missed cycle?

Get your thyroid level checked.also get an ultrasound abdomen to r/o fetal sac or ectopic pregnancy.
