What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea After Having Food?

Hi im wondering about what my uncle has, the symptoms hes suffering from is pain and cramping of the abdomen which get worse after meals, diarrhea, anemia, inflamed and sore joints, dark skin, difficulty walking, some memory loss, significant weight loss and signs of malnutrition. His signs have progressed over the last few years. He is a 45 year old white male farmer.
