What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea?

Hi my husband has been complaining about stomach cramping and diarrhea since 830pm last night. Now could that be something he ate, causing him the stomach pain/cramping. He says he was cutting a sewer drainage pipe that was clogged. He said he didn't wear a mask. Maybe the dust from using the grinder and all that bacteria in the pipe might have inhaled it??? Don't know.. Please help

For diarrhea you can take some antibiotics like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal pain. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause. You can take tab nitazoxanide for 5 days to completely get rid off diarrhea.
