What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Irregular Menstruation?
Hi please advice, my periods for this month (February) were due on the 14th and on the 6th to the 8th was bleeding very light pinkish blood then on the week that I was expecting my periods on the 13t I started spotting brownish blood for 2 days the on the 15th the bleeding became a bit heavier and blackish in colour for 2 days the on the 17th started spotting the brownish blood again for another 3 days. After few days I started having pains in my abdomen but not serious ones they come and go and will feel some movements which I m also not sure what courses the movements in my belly, white an watery discharge and I sometime have back pains ,feel bloated and constipated. should I be worried about this or it s just normal.
Hi,It could be due to weight gain or loss, Overexercise, Poor nutrition, Smoking, Drug use, Caffeine, Excessive alcohol use Eating disorders Increased stress, Polycystic ovarian syndrome/Estrogen dominance Uterine abnormalities (fibroids/cysts/polyps/endometriosis) Hormonal imbalances, You might require symptomatic treatment like Ibuprofen and water,electrolytes supplementation. consult your gynaecologist for further advise.
