What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Muscle Pain?

I have been having cramps like menstrual cramps for a few days. I m tired and have joint and muscle pain. I haven t had a menstrual cycle in a couple years. I m in menopause, and now bright red blood is presenting in my stool. I had blood work done a few weeks ago. Nothing showed up.

Lower intestinal cause has to be rule out here.

Local rectal and anal examination to be done along with proctoscopy examination. Check stool routine micro examination and occult blood test also.

Polyp, proctitis, colitis like condition should be ruled out here. According to cause specific treatment given. Consult physician for examination.
