What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Pink Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy?

Hii doc, I am 2months pregnant ..but from last week I am expriencing a slight cramping and slight pinkish discharge and today I had slight bleeding. I called my gynaecologist she suggested me to take duphaston 10mg immediately ..Is there something serious to b worried about..

Hi I think you should get a ultrasound done to see the fetal well being. It can be implantation bleeding. Take some progesterone supplements orally or injectable.Take proper bed rest. Avoid intercourse and exertion. Hope it helps.
