Hi i had a sore tummy yesterday went to doc and had a positive pregnancey test, have been menstruating brownish, she sent me for a scan in case etopic pregnancy but they could not see anything only a larger overy??why is this? am i pregnant? would only be early if I am

I really appreciate your concern, if the scan could not detected any fetes then it is not the pregnancy because scan detects the conception even in the early phase, while home base pregnancy test and other tests beside the scan may give false result, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
