What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Discharge?

hello doctor my girlfriends cycle is irregular. she had her period on 10th june. we got intimate on 8th july but didnt have sex just some rubbing and all. i might have had a little sperm on my fingers which i might have had from rubbing myself after 10 mins after ejaculation. today its 21st july my girlfriend for the past 4 days have had cramps and some discharge which she gets before her period but cramps appear and disappear like one day she has them and the other day she doesnt. i wanted to know if shes pregnant or not?

Chances of pregnancy though are less as you didnot have intercourse,but she needs to get herself checked for pregnancy.Testing HCG levels in urine.
There is likely possibility that she is having abdominal cramps and vaginal discharge due to the underlying cause that has caused her menses to become irregular.It can be polycystic ovary syndrome or pelvic inflammatory disease.
Take the consultation of gynaecologist.Will require her USG pelvis,vaginal swab microscopy and urinanalysis done.
Need to avoid sex till it gets diagnosed.
