What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Pain During Periods?
I am nearing the end of my period, this morning I woke up with what I thought were cramps. For the past few hours the cramps have severely intesenified and I am having a very painful throbbing in my vagina. It lasts about 2-3 minutes and it almost feels like contractions and then goes away for about 10-15 and comes back.

I really appreciate your concern, such genital pain could be nonspecific some time it could be dysmenorrhea pain but this is nothing to worry, it may be self limiting and may not need any treatment, neither to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
