What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Vomiting After Taking Misoprostol?
hello my gf took mifepristone 36 hrs back and took Misoprostol orally.after 31 mins of taking misoprostol she puked and the pill came out.her bleeding started 5 hrs before taking misoprostol as she took mifepristone,the blood was light and less..after she puked she started having cramps and the bleed thick blood cloth ... do she have to take the pill again as she puked in 31 mins ?and is the abortion started?

Misoprostol is not effective for contraception when swallowed .it should be used sub lingual or buccally to be effective.if nausea/vomiting is a concern then it can used vaginally for contraception.use single dose of 400-800mcg vaginally for contraception.
