What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Yeast Infection While Using ParaGard?

I have the paragard going on 6 & 1/2 years now, but have had cramps on and off for the past 4 weeks. My husband is fixed. But never went back to check on things. Now I just got a yeast infection. Due for next period 2/23. Some pregnancy symptoms... but negative results hpt. Could I be pregnant.
