What Causes Abdominal Cramps, Diarrhea And Vomiting?
I was awakened at 1:30 am with severe abdomal cramps and gas. I had very violent diarrhea and also vometed. My stomach is still gassy and my stool looks bloody. I have taken pro biotics and pepto . I am leaving on vacation in the morning. What else can I do?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute gastro-enteritis giving this problem.
If loose motions or vomiting does not subside then go to ER and go for treatment as there is risk of having dehydration.
Meanwhile take plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquids.
Before that take medicine for vomiting like domstal or ondem to stop vomiting.
Ok and take care.
