What Causes Abdominal Cramps During Bowel Movement Post Removal Of Colon Tumor?
I was diagnosed with follicular cancer in 2013.. they removed a tumor from my colon. The last two weeks I have been getting severe Charley horse like pains when I have a bowel movement. What could be causing this? I do not have an appendix or ovaries-

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the malignant condition then pain could be due to that only and it need to be differentiated, actually with the history of malignancy pain need to be brought to investigations for underlying cause till then pain can be managed with antispasmodic, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
