Hello,
As you have said many possibilities and had many symptoms, I personally feel like you get some testing at least. Sometimes, it may happen, that infection occurs for some days and then become silent. After a few weeks or months, it may recur. So, it is best to have some tests and if it is present, treatment should be done in order not to have in future.
As you said about
frequent urination, I also think it may be due to
Urinary Tract Infection.
I would like to give some tests:
1. Complete Blood Tests
2. Lower Abdomen USG
3. Urine Analysis
4. Stool Analysis (It will reveal any problem related to the digestive system)
The tests that I have given you will reveal any problem related to kidney, menstrual problem, digestive problem. So, I would not like to miss any chance of overlooking.
At the same time, I would like to give some medicines:
1. For cramping of the lower abdomen, take
dicyclomine.
2. If only fever, please take
Paracetamol.
3. If there is chills,
dizziness, weakness, cramps, all are there, then the above ones can be taken along with this antibiotic:
Ciprofloxacin.
Please follow these general guidelines:
Drink plenty of liquids, especially water. Drinking water helps dilute your urine and ensures that you'll urinate more frequently — allowing bacteria to be flushed from your urinary tract before an infection can begin.
Drink cranberry juice. Although studies are not conclusive that cranberry juice prevents UTIs, it is likely, not harmful.
Wipe from front to back. Doing so after urinating and after a bowel movement helps prevent bacteria in the anal region from spreading to the vagina and
urethra.
Empty your bladder soon after intercourse. Also, drink a full glass of water to help flush bacteria.
Avoid potentially irritating feminine products. Using deodorant sprays or other feminine products, such as douches and powders, in the genital area can irritate the urethra.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
