What Causes Abdominal Cramps, Shortness Of Breath And Constipation When Diagnosed With Ureterolithiasis?

Hello. I am European so my english might not be perfect. But I hope you will understand. First needed to say for last 7 months I had problem with emptying stool properly, it started with stomach cramps and since that I had feeling of imperfect emptying, urge to go to the toilet but only little bit comes out, like it would be trapped gas or constant constipation, sometimes I had to go to toilet for 2-5 consecutively just to feel empty. I had no pain at all in stomach area just this uncomfortable feeling . Only thing what helped me with digestion and proper emptying was weed. After all I could live normal life with that perfectly without any limitations. But for the last 3 months I have different and more painful problem and I dunno if it s gastro related or something else. It started when I was smoking weed, makes my symptoms most noticeable - weird pressure in both lungs above breast and sharp pain in coracobrachialis muscle in right arm and armpit, feeling of mucus stuck in throat, urge to burp but couldn t without drinking water, shortness of breath, esophagus spasm and heartburn. Feeling like I was having hearth attack. After few weeks I got colic attack in lower side of right abdomen, right hip and pain in back ( like galbladder or renalis attack) so intense that I had to go to emergency where I got infusion of Mesocain which relieved me and was diagnosed with Tiny ureterolithiasis in right side of pelvis cannot be excluded . But I think it had to be misdiagnosis because I have no problem nor pain of my kidneys or problems with urination at all. After this procedure pain of right side of body including armpit and muscles around is gone but like it would shift it to my left side. So my actual pain, not exactly pain but huge discomfort is on left side only now. And symptoms are: - Feeling of pressure in left lung especially when lying down on my back and inhaling, in places above breast and under collarbone like it would my left lung or my left side of chest press my breast vertically and same time felling that my breast being pulled in - Feeling of mucus stuck in throat, sometimes also itchy and burning throat - Weird cranking sound when swallowing, no problem with swallowing food or water. - Occasionally tension or stiffness, sometimes twitching in my biceps and again in that coracobrachialis muscle - Stiffness in back of neck - Feeling of obstruction in throat when I coughing, like I would cannot cough properly, like that sativas or mucus what I would like to cough up would get stuck in throat in Adam s apple or slightly above - No urge to vomiting although whole my life I was suffering with morning nausea and now there s no urge at all. - Food has no affect on these symptoms, doesn t matter if I am full or empty, these symptoms are just there - Some of those symptoms I feel always, but sometimes pressure in lungs or muscle problems just spontaneously disappear during day for end of the day - Feeling of blocked left side of nose, can t blow properly These are surely weirdest symptoms I ever had, and when I thinking about self-diagnosis I begin from pulled muscle over gallbladder stones lung cancer and hearth attack and that s not satisfying. Needed to say I am obese person, with minimum physical activity, heavy smoker of cigarettes and weed and eating and drinking lot of junk foods and I think my bad lifestyle caught up with me. Although since this pain hit me I m trying to improve it with healthy diet and more activity, quit weed but that it s not getting better. So dear doctor I would like to ask you if you have any clue what could cause these unusual symptoms. I think it s one problem which affecting whole body and muscles. Also I think that s not hearth related because if it would be I would definitely feel it more intensively. Overall what I feel it s not some crashing, stabbing intensive pain just discomfort in one side of body, something like obstruction in lungs, throat or esophagus, acid reflux or long lasting angina. Hoping for something like that. Sorry for long thread. Thank you.
