my period ended about 9 days ago but i already have really bad cramps again, like.. it feels just like my period, i have tender breasts, really bad mood swings, tummy and back cramps, i just feel so terrible along with nausea, it also hurts when i cough or sneeze, where my groin is, i already had appendicitis so it isn t that

Hello,

If this is the first time these symptoms happen very likely they are nothing to worry about, very likely it is related to stress or similar conditions.

On the other hand having a pregnancy tests to rule out pregnancy is advisable because sometimes bleeding can happen with pregnancy and it is interpreted as a menstrual period.

If the pregnancy test is negative then it might be advised to have a visit with the doctor to have a gynecological exam and rule out infection.
