What Causes Abdominal Cramps While Sneezing?

Hello, On occasion when I sneeze (and I sneeze very hard) my stomach (from the belly button to my bread basket) cramp for a few seconds. This began about 7 years ago after my third child. I had a normal NON c-section delivery. I have never had this until my daughter was born in 2009. I have lower back pain at times. This abdominal pain is not consistent so very hard to figure out what is truly causing it. Any insight would be great! :)

I really appreciate your concern, this is not the pathological condition but due to extreme jerk the thing might be happening so take it easy at the time of sneezing else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
