What Causes Abdominal Cramps With Spotting Before The Week Of Menstruation?

My period is coming in less then a week and 5 days ago I was getting mild cramps and when I wiped the toilet paper was light pink. We'll it went away and today I wiped again and little bit of light brown was on the toilet paper and I was cramp very mild. But the cramps didn't last long. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I do have endometriosis. I got scraped a year and half ago.

you have not given your age. it can be hormonal imbalance . you have to go for hormonal essay and examination by gynecologist. after proper diagnosis treatment can be recomanded.
