What Causes Abdominal Cramps?

I keep having stomach cramps way down low. I know it s not menstrual related cause I had a hysterectomy years ago. I tried a different pro biotic and wondered if it could be that. I ve never had such bad pain. I feel bloated and gassy but can t pass it. Any ideas?

Hello,

Try taking gastric tablets continues for 15 days before food. Maybe, it will help to some extent. You can take Zantac, pantoprazole or esomeprazole drug.

If it is not getting better, then kindly get one ultrasound abdomen done and see if there is any abdominal pathology. Please get back to us with the above investigation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
