What Causes Abdominal Cramps,lower Back Pain And Stomach Bloating?

I was supposed to get my period June 2 and I did not get my period now it s July 1 and no symptoms of period I feel bloated and cramping but does not feel like period cramps I have lower back pain that comes and goes and I get very nauseous in the morning and when I finish eating I m very moody and very dizzy. All my pregnancy test are negative but I have not taking a blood test is it possible for pregnancy ?

before anything gofor pregnancy test. what you have informed looks like morning sickness or hyper emesis gravid arum. since pregnancy test are negative then gofor blood test laboratory to test pregnancy. if it is negative then pregnancy is ruled out. now get examined by gynechologist.it can be hormonal imbalance or iron defiance anemia.
