What Causes Abdominal Discomfort And Frequent Urination At Night?
Hi I ve had three surgeries on my right ankle about 5 years ago I m now 35 and I get this crawling feeling on both sides of my stomach. I also have to pee more at night but am fine during the day I ve been tested for diabetes, std, hart problems and prostate and all are negative. So what s going on
hello frequency of urine at night in abscence of organic reasons could be physiological due to hgh beverage intake in evenings or due to cold.Secnd reason could be insomnia or poor sleep due to mental stress , anxiety, in daytime, when busy mind maybe off anxiety as attention diverted to work, at night, in free time, mind wanders. You may take alprazolam or clonazipam tab before bedtime, stay in warm and cosy room, do some relaxation/meditation before retiring to bed.You may obtain prescription anxiolytic from a doctor thanks
