Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Child with intestinal discomfort, then suddenly complaining of urge to vomit. No fever, no vomit, no diarrhea (but a bowel movement and a LONG time in bathroom feeling the urge). Lasted a few hours total then back to his energetic happy self. Is there a reason I should keep him home from school?
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
It can be due to some intestinal colic or gas problem. Nothing to worry. If there is no diarrhoea, vomiting and fever then it is OK. Nothing much is required.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
