For the past month I have had abdominal discomfort and a pain in the right side of my stomach. I have been nauseous and bloated. I am not constipated but having a hard time moving my bowels even with the use of miralax everyday. My Dr has ruled out appendix and gallbladder issues
Hi, It seems from your symptoms that you are having the early symptoms of colitis. If you have severe abdominal pain, then you can have dicyclomine tablets s.o.s,a pro-biotic capsule as per required dose for a period of about 6 months and a ppi like rabeprazole along with itopride .These ll relieve your symptoms to a greater extent. If these measures don't help, you can get an x-ray pp abdomen(erect),endoscopy and colonoscopy and review it with a gastroenterologist
