What Causes Abdominal Discomfort And Sensitive Pelvic Area?

My doctor suggested I might have picked up a parasite on vaccation about a month ago. Symptoms started about 2 wks after I returned. I have abdominal discomfort and sensitivity in the lower uterine area and generally. I have normal bowel movements every other day, with in between having small hard pieces of stool. I also have been fatigued and malaise. what are the symptoms for abd. parasites?

Hi,

Thread worms give you itching sensation in perineum with irregular bowels and constipation off and on. It is also likely to raise eosinophils counts to cause dry cough. please take Tab. Mebex for 3 days. This may ease your problem if it's thread worm. Please be careful to clean hands and nails after cleaning perineum for prevention of carrying the infestation to others or self. Consult family physician for any other problems.
