What Causes Abdominal Discomfort With Numbness In Jaw And Inner Ear?

hello i am experiencing discomfort in the LRQ of my abdomen, i have been vomiting for the past few days. most recently i experiencing a numb like sensation in the back sides of my jaw, inner ear and back of my throat. i went to the hospital about 2 weeks ago explaining this to them and they ran 2 ultra sounds and a CAT scan as well.
