What Causes Abdominal Distension And Chest Pain In A Cancer Patient?

I had a precancerous lymphoma tumor removed about four years ago done great for a about two years then four d myself in and out of ER and GP office with being told numerous times I only have mono again (50 cases of mono in a little over a year?) but now I am experiencing severe abdominal swelling I am having chest pain, pounding heartbeat, pain in right arm and right side I have an enlarged liver and spleen, right flank pain and multiple enlarged lymph nodes in my neck and jawline. I am afraid of going and spending all night in an ER just to be sent home yet again without a clue or once more with only mono . Any suggestions or ideas that could point me in the right medical direction
