What Causes Abdominal Distension, Nausea, Vomiting And Pressure In The Chest?
Hi there. I m a 41 year old woman and have been experiencing abdominal distension since Friday night. It was so bad that night and was accompanied by nausea and mild vomitting, lots of pressure in my chest and pain in arms and legs that we called paramedics to make sure it wasn t a heart attack. It wasn t, but the pressure didn t go away until yesterday and I ve had lots of lower abdominal distension since. I m very constipated all the time and even with a laxative yesterday and Colace today, I ve had very little bowel evacuation. No appetite really either and when i eat, I feel nauseated and the pressure comes back.
