What Causes Abdominal Distention And Vomiting?

Has anyone ever complained of abdominal distention and then vomiting green ? am inquiring for my sister. Underwent total hysterectomy and bladder suspension 6 days ago. Complications of vascular bleed. Received 6 liters of fluid before blood was available. 2 units. 2 days post op developed a-fib. Converted to sinus after Cardizem drip and getting K back to normal. Home now on oral. Bowel situation under control. Stopped taking vicoden now on tramidol

Hello,

Abdominal distension and vomiting green are indicating possible gallbladder problems. If she experiences now while being at home, should send to the hospital. It might be also related to post-op complication.
