What Causes Abdominal Distention?

My stomach had started to petrude like im six months pregnant I m not, im thin every where else, its scary, I m an alcoholic but have never had a belly like this before, I m,34 no kids healthy otherwise aside from a case of hemroids ,could it be that? Its got so but IG I can t hide it anymore, help! I ve always been thin

Hello,

No, hemorrhoid is not the cause. Fluid collection in the abdomen can cause distention. Better take an ultrasound of the abdomen to rule out the cause.
