I have the feeling of fullness in the very top of my stomach. Almost like the fullness after eating too fast and not drinking something to wash it down. This has recurred three times over the past month. No appetite. Drinking water, eating toast. My husband and 14 year old daughter have the same thing. Occasional dairrhea and my husband has sulfur burps/gas. I have burping no gas. No fever.
