What Causes Abdominal Gas And Bloating When Diagnosed With Gastritis?
Hi I am daignosed with Gastrithis 3weeks back.. I am on Pantocid HP for week as advised by doctor. But still i dont see any result ..After eating food i can feel gas in my stomach and Bloating as well .. And there is roughness and dryness in my tongue which is not going at all.
