What Causes Abdominal Gas And Burning After Suffering From Flu?

Hi I ve had the flu two days ago. I still feel very queasy but I don t think I ll get sick. All last night my stomach has been gargling, popping bubbles, it has been making me fart nonstop. My stomach is burning and is still continuing to do all the bubbles and stuff. Why is it still going and why ishould it so painful?

viral gadtritis is known feature of flh .may be this is ssible .cosult dr nothing to worry ,avoid gadtric irritants ,and have bland diet small in amounts and very frequently .
