What Causes Abdominal Gas And Excessive Burping In A Child?

Hi, My 4.5 yr old baby is getting thin day by day and has daily gas,burps problem through out the day.Recently doctor prescribed junior Lanzole for 5 days.In Feb month he was diagnosed with Urine infection and treated for 2 months.Every week we get urine routine done and urine culture monthly and no infection is reported in recent test. He needs de-worming or any other issue with him?

This baby needs de-worming with Albendazole 400mg 1tab in night after food and tab metronidazole 200mg thrice a day for one week.... Urine routine n culture is needed only if pt symptomatic...
