Hello, I have been having discomfort in my lower abdomin for a couple weeks now. The feeling is almost the same sensation you get when you get a stomach ache/cramp prior to a bowel movement. The discomfort comes and goes. No problems with bowel movements or any pain associated with bowel movement. pain is in belly button area....i find that if i massage the area, it feels better.....there is also some gurgling/ stomach growling associated with this.
